Terms and Conditions

1. Booking and payment

After booking, you will receive an invoice.

30% of the rental amount is due within 14 days of the invoice date.

The remaining 70% must be paid no later than 14 days before arrival.

For guests via Booking.com: only the tourist tax is due, to be paid before departure (by bank transfer or cash).

2. Arrival and departure

The property is available from the time stated in the confirmation.

On departure day, the property must be vacated at the agreed time.

3. Use of the property

The house is intended for recreational use only.

Parties, events or other non-recreational activities are not allowed.

Maximum 4 guests, plus one child up to 2 years old in the baby bed.

4. House rules and damage

The house rules of Dijkhofje apply during your stay.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately.

In case of rule violations, appropriate measures may be taken.

In case of loss or theft, we will file a police report.

5. Liability

We are not liable for damage, injury, noise disturbance or malfunction of facilities.

We will of course do our utmost to resolve any issues promptly.

6. Force majeure

In case of force majeure (e.g. fire, storm damage, technical failure), the landlord may cancel free of charge.

Any payments already made will be refunded in full.

7. Privacy

Your data is processed solely for the execution of the rental agreement.

8. Applicable law

All agreements are governed by Dutch law.
